This thoughtfully designed property Located in a 95 Year old Art Deco Building features 45 rooms with a variety of room types to fit all sorts of groups. Each with modern, eclectic decor that complements the historic Art Deco building. Rooms are equipped with essential amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, kitchenettes, and dining areas, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
Guests enjoy a range of complimentary perks, including free beach chair rentals, luggage storage, towel exchange, and room service every three days. Additionally, Nine20 Apartments by Lowkl offers a communal lounge and a shared kitchen, perfect for relaxing, socializing, or preparing meals. The Neighborhood
When we say we are in the heart of South Beach, we mean it. We are located one block away from the beach on South Beach’s main Collins Avenue. There is a cozy coffee shop as soon as you walk out of our front doors for a morning cappuccino or breakfast sandwich. There are pizza places, bars, restaurants, and clubs dotting Collins Avenue and the next street over, the world-famous Ocean Drive. You have your choice of shopping, from local boutiques to renowned brand names. You can get anywhere in South Beach on foot from our prime location.
South Beach is not just trendy restaurants, high-end shops, and bustling nightlife. The area is also home to some of the most famous beaches. Miami Beach is also home to many cultural attractions, including the Bass Museum of Art, the Wolfsonian-FIU Museum, and the Jewish Museum of Florida. Additionally, the neighborhood is known for hosting many festivals and events throughout the year, including the Miami Beach Food and Wine Festival, the Miami International Boat Show, and the Art Deco Weekend.

Booking policies
Check-in: 4 pm / Check-out: 11 am
- We offer free early check-in when possible. Please call us the day of arrival or tell our front desk, and if possible we will make this available.
- Online pre-check-in form must be filled before arrival to receive entry code.
- Fast and easy self-check-in and check-out.
House rules
- No smoking allowed.
- No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated.
- No parties.
- No unregistered guests allowed in the rooms.
- No loud noises from 11 PM to 8 AM.
- Garbage must be thrown in totes provided in each floor.
Please note
- 2 Free Lounge chairs are provided at the beach by Esteban’s place (located on 16th street beach entrance)
- 1 Free cleaning available for every 3 day or longer stay. (must be requested a day prior)
- The Smart TVs do not have cable (Free internet provided to connect to your streaming channels)
- Due to the central location, noise may be present.
- 24/7 online customer service – The property has front desk only from 10 AM to 6 PM

- There is not an ice machine in this property.
- There is no elevator in this Art Deco Building.

Our furnished apartment-style model provides all the essential amenities to make you feel at home, with the same privacy/convenience as if you were in your own home.
At Lowkl, we keep our daily prices as low as possible and don’t charge daily resort fees or additional deposits, unlike traditional hotels. For this reason, we do not offer traditional housekeeping services/amenity replenishment during your stay nor a traditional reception. Our registration process is completed prior to your arrival so there are no lines to register when you arrive. Your apartment will be ready with all the essentials to start your stay. While we limit our services and do not provide in-person customer service, we ensure that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay in Florida.
