Every apartment is equipped with modern amenities, including smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and fully stocked kitchens or kitchenettes for your convenience. Comfortable and spacious living areas ensure a homelike experience, making this the perfect place for longer stays or short weekend escapes.

- We have multiple listings under each room type – Rooms will have all of the same amenities as the room booked but may differ from the one on the pictures.
- Due to the central location, noise may be present.

- There is not an ice machine in this property.
- Laundry machines are paid.
- Pool is open from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- Pool is heated at 86 Degrees in Winter time.

At Lowkl, we keep our daily prices as low as possible and don’t charge daily resort fees or additional deposits, unlike traditional hotels. For this reason, we do not offer traditional housekeeping services/amenity replenishment during your stay nor a traditional reception. Our registration process is completed prior to your arrival so there are no lines to register when you arrive. Your apartment will be ready with all the essentials to start your stay. While we limit our services and do not provide in-person customer service, we ensure that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay in Florida.
